Growing in Pakistan
Lupine is a cool-season favourite that thrives in Pakistan's mild months. Sow September to February in plain regions (Punjab, Sindh) for late winter to spring blooms (February–May). In cooler northern hill areas, sow February to April for summer flowering. Soak seeds in water overnight or nick the seed coat before sowing to improve germination. Lupine develops a deep taproot — sow directly where you want it to grow or transplant very young seedlings carefully.
